OUR OFFICE HOURS ARE:
Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET. We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Please note that planning calls are scheduled exclusively on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM CET. In peak season between May-October our planning calls are scheduled individually. Our agency is closed from Dec. 15 until Jan. 15 and for one week during Easter.
As we are often on site for events, responses may occasionally take a little longer. We aim to reply to all inquiries within a few business days and prioritise projects that are currently in the active planning phase.
