HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU PLAN EACH YEAR?
In order to provide each couple with the attention and dedication their celebration deserves, we only accompany a limited number of weddings each year. Depending on the scale and complexity of the events, we typically plan between five and ten weddings annually.

WHERE DO YOU WORK?
We are based in Munich and plan weddings throughout Europe. Many of our celebrations take place in Germany, Austria, France and Portugal, countries we feel particularly connected to. At the same time, we regularly travel and collaborate with an international network of partners, allowing us to support celebrations wherever your story takes us.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer full-service wedding planning, design and coordination, supporting you from the initial concept through to the final celebration. Our work typically includes venue sourcing, budget planning, creative direction, vendor coordination, production planning and on-site management of the wedding day or weekend. Depending on the needs of each project, we also provide location consulting and planning for additional celebrations or events surrounding the wedding weekend.

HOW DOES THE PLANNING PROCESS BEGIN?
We always begin with a non-binding introductory call. This first conversation allows us to learn more about your vision, ideas and priorities while also giving you an insight into our planning process and approach. As many of our couples live internationally, these meetings are usually held via video call.

WHEN SHOULD WE START PLANNING OUR WEDDING?
We generally recommend starting the planning process 12 to 18 months before the wedding.This timeframe allows sufficient flexibility to secure the right venue, assemble the best team of service providers and develop the creative direction of the celebration in a thoughtful way.

WILL YOU BE PRESENT ON THE WEDDING DAY?
Yes. We are always present on site during the wedding day or wedding weekend.Our role is to oversee the entire production, coordinate the service providers and ensure that every element of the celebration runs smoothly so that you can fully enjoy the experience with your guests.

DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH CERTAIN VENUES OR VENDORS?
Over the years we have built a trusted network of venues and service providers with whom we collaborate regularly. At the same time, we are always open to discovering new partners and locations. If you have already selected certain vendors, we are happy to review them and integrate them into the planning.

DO YOU WORK WITH A MINIMUM BUDGET?
We do not set a strict minimum budget. However, based on our experience and the scope of our work, our couples typically plan their celebrations with an event budget starting from approximately €150,000. During the initial consultation we will discuss your priorities and provide guidance on what is realistic for your plans.

WHAT IS AN EVENT BUDGET?
The event budget refers to the total cost required to plan, design and produce the celebration. This typically includes venue costs, catering, floristry and décor, rentals, music and entertainment, photography and videography, as well as logistics and infrastructure necessary for the event. Personal expenses such as clothing, jewellery, travel, guest accommodation or the honeymoon and our wedding planning services are not part of the event budget.

HOW ARE YOUR SERVICES CALCULATED?
Because every wedding is unique, our services are not offered as fixed packages. Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the overall event budget, reflecting the scope and complexity of the celebration. More details are discussed during our initial consultation.

DO YOU ALSO PLAN OTHER EVENTS?
Yes. In addition to weddings, we also plan private celebrations, brand and lifestyle events, and corporate gatherings.
