ANASTASIA
CO-FOUNDER & LEAD PLANNER
I’m Anastasia Martini — wedding and event planner, co-founder of Maison Martini – All Things Weddings & Beyond, and someone who has always lived between cultures. German-French by origin, educated in English, and raised across Africa, America, and Europe, I navigate international settings with ease and a natural understanding of people and their stories. My path into events began at an established planning agency, where I quickly knew this was my world — a place where organisation, creativity, and human connection come together. Years of experience since have only deepened my commitment to creating celebrations that feel intentional and personal. With a background in acting, fine art, photography, and design, I bring imagination and emotional awareness to every celebration. I listen deeply, understand quickly, and translate personality into atmosphere. Along the way, I’ve worked in moderation, PR, gallery management, cultural events, and with the events team at the Munich Security Conference — experiences that refined my eye, my structure, and my calm approach under pressure.


LISA
CO-FOUNDER & LEAD PLANNER
I’m Lisa Hottner — wedding and event planner, co-founder of Maison Martini – All Things Weddings & Beyond, and someone who brings clarity, structure, and strategic thinking to complex celebrations. Before co-founding Maison Martini, I founded and led my own international wedding planning agency, specialising in destination weddings and multi-day events across Europe. Building and running my own business shaped how I work today: creative clarity, detail-driven, and always focused on flow, logistics, and decision-making that supports creativity rather than limits it. I lived and studied in the United States and Ireland, experiences that strengthened my ability to work across borders, align diverse expectations, and navigate international projects with confidence and ease. Alongside weddings, my professional background spans event marketing and brand experiences for global companies including Mercedes-Benz, luxury hospitality groups, and software startups. These roles sharpened my understanding of storytelling, guest experience, and how strong concepts are carried through every touchpoint — from first idea to final moment. I’m known for translating vision into structure, anticipating challenges before they arise, and holding the bigger picture while managing the smallest details. I believe the most memorable celebrations feel effortless — not because they are simple, but because they are expertly orchestrated.
LISA
ASSOCIATE EVENT COORDINATOR
I’m Lisa - associate event coordinator for Maison Martini and based in Munich since 2020. Of German–Russian origin and raised bilingual, I’ve always been drawn to traditions, stories, and the kind of heartfelt hospitality that makes people feel at home. My path into events began long before I knew it had a name. I often say I grew up in the hotel world — spending afternoons and weekends in a rural guesthouse in my hometown of Lippstadt, watching how atmosphere, service, and genuine warmth shape an experience. After completing my studies in hotel and tourism management, I moved to an international hotel at Frankfurt Airport, where I discovered how energising it is to work with people from all over the world. During this time, I supported countless corporate events, conferences, and company celebrations, slowly realising that what inspired me most was the orchestration of moments — the careful planning, the flow, the emotion. That path naturally led me to weddings. Even outside of work, I treat every gathering with family and friends as a small celebration. Hosting is where I feel most myself — cooking new recipes, discovering restaurants and hotels, or soaking up the atmosphere of a rooftop bar. Wherever I go, I find inspiration for future venues, details, and the subtle textures that make an event feel effortless and true.


DENISE
ASSOCIATE EVENT PLANNER & COORDINATOR
I’m Denise — associate event planner & coordinator at Maison Martini – All Things Weddings & Beyond, currently based in Berlin and originally from Baden-Württemberg. My professional background combines structured business training with hands-on experience in hospitality and events. I trained as an industrial management assistant and later completed a degree as a certified business specialist, which shaped my organised and solution-oriented approach to complex situations. At the same time, I have always worked in service and gastronomy since the age of seventeen — an environment where attentiveness, teamwork, and genuine hospitality are essential. My connection to the event world began through supporting smaller events and working as an event assistant in a local bar, where I discovered how much I enjoy the energy and coordination behind gatherings. Over time, this interest naturally evolved into the world of weddings. Having supported several celebrations alongside Lisa and Anastasia, I’m very happy to now be part of the Maison Martini team. Being involved in the creation of meaningful moments and ensuring that everything runs seamlessly is something I find deeply fulfilling. Personally, I’m known for my positive mindset, my love for organisation, and my ability to stay calm while keeping an eye on details. I enjoy working with people from different cultures and find inspiration in travel, hospitality, and discovering new culinary experiences — always with a curiosity for the stories and traditions that bring people together.
